- GGGridironFeb 22, 20261.0Here are a summary of the experiences I've had at this restaraunt over the last 6 months: 1. Waiting 15 minutes as the 5th person in line on a weekday night to get up to the counter and see that they were out of any kind of chicken, no fajita veggies and beans that looked 4 days old (I walked out) 2. Coming back a week later and there STILL not being any fajita veggies. Despite that, I make the bad decision to order anyway and have my bowl drowned in bean juice and my burrito get water boarded with chicken broth (more broth than chicken. Straight salt. Ruined the burrito) 3. Being served close to dark brown guac despite asking for fresher guac. 4. Being served pork in a chicken bowl (like 75% pork to 25% chicken) for my wife who doesn't eat pork. Then when I reached out to Chipotle corporate about it, I got a free entrée coupon that didn't work. 5. Slow wait times, inconsistent (usually small) portion sizes, and decreasing food and service quality over the last few years. I like Chipotle so I keep trying to give our local store a shot but it's becoming consistently worse and worse. The general manager or somebody needs to step up and start running this place properly. Someone has to be the adult in the room and fix all these issues. The repeated lack of availability of basic toppings or serving very low quality toppings seems like really basic restaraunt management. I'm at a loss for how a large chain like this has been so, so terrible.
