They made a mistake and refused to make it right. No support from submitting the situation to the number provided or corporate either.

During that time, I observed the cashier standing around doing nothing but making jokes and laughing at the other staff. The person making online orders showed no sense of urgency. People who came in after me and ordered, and there was no line. A team member stepped over to 20 minutes later and rushed to make my order yet didn’t even acknowledge me or the other customers waiting for their orders. Not sure what’s happening…do better
