I don't know who the guy at the register was, but he told his co-worker that they are not allowed to do that anymore. I then asked him what they do with the broth at the end of the day and they said, throw it out. Is there really any point not putting the broth on there when it adds extra flavor and makes the bowl better? Not sure who he is but whenever I encounter him there i will leave another poor review. Stop being difficult for no reason!

One day it’s no extra cheese or sour cream then the next it’s being charged as an extra side if you ask for more cheese. Then they started the three finger pinch for cheese then wonder why people ask for a little more. Ridiculous and petty. Then i simply just wanted my red sauce on the side rather than on my bowl and it was charged as a “side” … even when i PAY for double protein they skimp my bowl. the quality of the food is mediocre , it could be good one day then terrible the next experience. they have ridiculous expectations and managers
