  Went in at 8:20 on a monday made eye contact with an employee multiple times was never helped or sat down then more people walked in 10 minutes later and immediately got sat, guy had a red skull tattoo on his left forearm, very odd behavior by someone in customer service.

  Worst bww experience ever, especially disappointing since went there to celebrate a birthday. It started off bad when we were seated at a dirty table, when we asked them to clean it, they seated us at a different table that was only slightly cleaner. Took forever to get our food, and when we did finally get it, it was cold. FYI, cold onion rings do not taste good. Then somebody made it a takeout order, but instead of putting it on plates and making it hot, they just gave it to us like that. So we had all these take-out boxes all over the table. If we would have wanted that experience, we could have ordered take out. They forgot our drinks, we had to ask for them and finally got them part way through our meal. Hardly anybody there, just a few other tables and a few people at the bar, not even busy. We were here a year ago and everything was great, not sure what happened since then. After looking at a lot of other recent similar reviews, we won't be back.

  I am not one to normally leave reviews but I think this terrible experience warrants one. First off, we were asked not once but TWICE if we were ready to checkout before we even were served our entrees. When our entrees finally did come (after waiting 1.5 hours) it was cold. When we let the waitress know (her name was Gabby by the way) she said “oh I totally expected that”. Yes, those were her exact words. She took the food back and we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes, during which she asked us again if we were ready for the check yet my husband still had not been served his meal. It would be one thing if they were busy, I totally get sometimes it can get hectic working customer service, but this restaurant was practically dead other than maybe 2 or 3 other tables (she was NOT the only server by the way) She finally brings out the food and we ask for our check and a to go box. Had to remind her again for the check and the box and then when we were only brought out the check we had reminded her a third time for the to go box to which she finally remembered to bring over to us. Will never eat here again and I recommend you don’t either.

  I normally don’t do this but this was the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Multiple tables in our area were unable to receive service, no one helped us nor cared when us plus a couple other tables got up to leave. Mind you it was NOT busy at all.
