    Was watching the chubby bearded dude in glasses eat roast beef as he sliced it for customers. Seriously! Jan 7 2026 8pm. Wearing same glove to put food in his bearded face as he used to make our sandwiches.

    I went to Arby’s earlier this evening, and had to go back because they forgot my ranch chicken wrap. No big deal. I pull up to the drive through and explain my situation. They immediately tell me to pull to the window because they have it ready. No questions asked. I get home, take a couple of bites only to reveal that this is not a ranch chicken wrap. This is in fact a honey mustard chicken wrap! Not to mention that they’ve been consistently messing up my bf’s orders when he’s been going lately as well. ALSO! (I know the employees can’t help this) Arby’s got rid of their peppercorn ranch sauce AND their iconic, creamy buffalo sauce. Only to replace it with that nasty, oily Nashville hot sauce. Why must they do this? I hate to make this review, but Arby’s has been going downhill recently. I’m praying for y’all, and I’m an atheist.

    I gave the service three stars because the second gal who finished taking our order was incredibly hard to understand. I thought we ordered correctly, it was probably my mistake. My friend wanted a #2 we said medium size which was 2 sandwichs. We wanted one. I had 2 cheese sticks & a medium drink which came to $ 22 dollars. The employees were great. It was clean, fast and tasty.
