    Overall it was disappointing. The shake machine was broken and they were out of red sauce for my wife's sandwich. The workers were apologetic and nice, but that doesn't make it any less disappointing. Do better next time... if there is a next time. 👎👎

    I went to Arby’s earlier this evening, and had to go back because they forgot my ranch chicken wrap. No big deal. I pull up to the drive through and explain my situation. They immediately tell me to pull to the window because they have it ready. No questions asked. I get home, take a couple of bites only to reveal that this is not a ranch chicken wrap. This is in fact a honey mustard chicken wrap! Not to mention that they’ve been consistently messing up my bf’s orders when he’s been going lately as well. ALSO! (I know the employees can’t help this) Arby’s got rid of their peppercorn ranch sauce AND their iconic, creamy buffalo sauce. Only to replace it with that nasty, oily Nashville hot sauce. Why must they do this? I hate to make this review, but Arby’s has been going downhill recently. I’m praying for y’all, and I’m an atheist.
