  Ordered through drive thru. Was doing a late lunch. Ordered a hot dog and a single cheeseburger. Received a lukewarm hot dog with no condiments on bun or in bag with a dry stale bun. Did not receive the cheeseburger. Small fry instead???? At least they were friendly. Still annoyed.

  I regularly pick up DoorDash orders from Dairy Queen and have never had an issue until today. While picking up a customer’s order, an employee with braided hair grabbed the bag and refused to let go until I confirmed it in front of him. I understand verifying orders is part of policy, but the way it was handled felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I’m a frequent Dasher and have never been treated like that at this location. Management should address how employees communicate with drivers, because this interaction was unprofessional.

  Took my husband to get ice cream for his birthday, it’s all he wanted. He wanted the Mint crunchin’ cookie parfait. He was super excited, and had been waiting all weekend. He saw the picture, with the layers of ice cream, crunch up Oreos, and the mint chocolate chip chocolate. When they brought it out he saw that there was no crushed cookies in the layers. So he went back and asked about it and they stated that the card doesn’t say to add cookie bits. So they denied his request for cookie bits. I’m sorry but the picture clearly shows crushed up cookies, so this is just false advertising. Plus the bathrooms. Disgusting.

  I’m not sure if this is a personal problem or what, but everytime i go to DQ i am waiting an excessive amount of time for my food. Everytime i go, i get the same thing, a chicken strip basket. I’ve worked in food service countless times, i know how long it should take to make. I just went today, through the drive thru, waited 30 minutes for my food. They had me park in waiting spot #1. 20 minutes passed and i hadn’t gotten my food yet. That entire 20 minutes i was watching cars arrive in the drive through and leaving shortly after, so i went in and asked them about my food, and they hadn’t even STARTED making it. It was not busy by the way. I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my food and i didn’t even get my ranch. They gave me two things of gravy. I hate gravy. I love dairy queen, their food is great, but i hate the time it takes and they always get at least one thing wrong, and i don’t want to go inside, because i’ve already been waiting for so long. Please do better.
