Arrive at 5:58pm and are told that there were 4 mobile orders ahead of us and we need to to pull over and wait because they're not making our order until the other mobile orders are picked up. 6:14 walked in and was handed order. Food was barely warm. Got food home and it wasn't as ordered despite the ticket clearly stating how we wanted it. Unacceptable.
