  My wife and I ordered a small cheese curds, medium cheese tots and a couple of drinks. When we got to the window, it took way too long for someone to open the window and greet us. When they finally did, the clerk read us back our order and they didn’t get the cheese on the tots. I said I wanted the cheese and if they needed to adjust my total that was fine. Several minutes later, she appeared at the window again and my total had gone up by more than two dollars. A little expensive to melt a slice of cheese over the tots, but whatever. When I got my receipt, they had added chili and cheese to my tots. I told her she didn’t have to adjust my total, but I didn’t want the chili on my tots. We waited for several more minutes and finally received our food. What I actually got was a small cheese tots, not a medium. I asked the guy at the window if this was a medium and he’s said it was. I’ve been frequenting Sonic for 40+ years. It was a small. All of this without so much as an apology. They have definitely lost my business. There’s plenty of places to get fast food. Vote with your wallet.

  We stopped going to the one in Versailles. Hot dog buns are usually hard. Thought I would try it again tonight. Chili coni had just a small smear of chili and hot dog was cold, not cooked. ,Guess we will skip it again. Fries were good for a change, not old and hard. Have not had these issues at Laurie one. Too many kids and no real supervision

  This location is the best on the West side of the Lake in my opinion. Always correct, fresh, fast, affordable, and a variety of different menu items. Special requests are not a problem. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to come to this location. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up!!!!

  That Supersonic double bacon cheeseburger I had there would have been pretty good, had both patties been on it. It was just a single. I didn't tell them at the store and I don't ever send food back because I've heard too many bad stories about doing such at a fast food joint. Just learn to count all the way to 2. Sixteen bucks is really too much to pay for just okay food anyways. It's even worse when it's not all there. That's all
