  Walked inside because the drive-thru was backed up to the street. Mistake. The floors were so sticky my shoes were literally squeaking, and every single table had trash or old ketchup on it. It’s obvious management has completely given up. If the lobby is this gross, I can’t imagine what the grill looks like. I walked out without ordering."

  Check your bags before you leave! They have a 0% success rate on getting a full order correct. Missing fries, missing nuggets, and they gave me a Sprite instead of a Coke. When I went back to the window, they acted like I was trying to scam them out of a $2 fry. The incompetence is baked into the floorboards at this point.

  Ordered a simple Quarter Pounder and it came out looking like a hockey puck—dry, cold, and somehow still covered in a gallon of mayo. The 'teenagers' in the back were literally wrestling in the kitchen. When I asked for a remake, the girl at the window rolled her eyes so hard I thought she’d pass out. Don’t waste your money here

  Absolute black hole of productivity. I pulled into the drive-thru with two cars ahead of me and didn’t see my food for 35 minutes. They make you pull forward to a 'spot' just so their timer looks good for corporate, but then they forget you exist. I had to walk inside to get my own drink while the staff stood around on their phones. Genuinely impressive how little they care

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The smell of old grease hits you before you even get to the window. I watched a manager drop a spatula on the floor, pick it up, and keep flipping burgers like nothing happened. This place isn't just slow; it’s a health code violation on wheels. My kids got sick after eating here last Tuesday. Stay far away unless you enjoy food poisoning
