- MBMiranda BesslerAug 21, 20252.0**The one star review is entirely due to KELLY RUDY, the manager of this Subway. The girl, K, working the counter was clearly in the middle of a mental health crisis. My friends and I became very concerned when she told us in a very agitated tone that she was worried she shouldn’t be at work and mentioned a psychiatric hold. We told the cashier in the adjoining gas station and she called the manager, Kelly Rudy. We were then informed that Kelly told the cashier that K was not permitted to leave until the end of her shift at 5:30. The cashier was extremely kind and helpful, promised to keep an eye on K, and even went back and talked to her for a few minutes to make sure she wasn’t in immediate danger. I’ve never witnessed such disgusting neglect of an employee’s mental health and wellbeing as I did today. I truly hope Kelly is removed from her position and that someone who actually cares about the wellbeing of their employees replaces her.
