  After attending a basketball game in town, we decided to stop in for a quick dinner as it was getting a little late before heading back home. We were just expecting “fast food”, but to our surprise we were welcomed with incredible service from the staff who treated us as if we were good friends making conversation with us, food served quickly (but still hot and fresh!), and convenience all at once. Even on our way out, the staff took care of us telling us to have a good night. Very happy with our visit and wish more establishments were this pleasant and enjoyable! Thank you to the team working tonight who took care of us. :)

  Locally owned, locally ran, and you can for sure tell! This is one of the best Dairy Queen’s you’ll ever stop at. Friendly service that is glad to see you walk in and happy to take your order. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is very fast. I enjoy stopping here and patronizing this business!

  I stop here a couple times a year on my way through Vandalia. I tried to stop here tonight at about 9:15 pm and was told they were closed when they're supposed to be open until 10. If it had been really close to that I would have understood, but this was 45 minutes before closing. Service gets three stars because I've never had a problem before, but tonight was one star service.
