This is not the first time these employees have been rude. Today it was the manager on duty. We ordered one of their biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were not even covered in gravy. I would like to note we ordered about 10:20. After getting our food it was close to 10:30. I showed the manager the biscuits, and asked if they were out of gravy, she checked and they still had some left. Now I would have understood if they were out, but that wasn't the case. Upon asking her if they could add some, her reply is that the gravy was on the side. And added she would have to charge me for more. Now breakfast was pretty much over and you can't just fix it with no fuss. This is don't understand! Not only that but it was the small order and was close to $5.00, when many mcdonald's it is a little over 3.00. I know this because I have been to many mcdonald's from Colorado to Illinois. And by the way this is only the second review I have ever written. Just really tired of people being extremely rude. There is absolutely no excuse for it. And FYI, if you look at the menu, dose the Pic just show a little gravy on the side. Oh yes, I am highly upset and extremely disappointed in this manager's behavior. And NO, I do not expect any change. After all your other reviews saids it all. NO ONE CARES.
Mcdonalds over all should take interest in how their customers are treated and they quality of there product and consistency.

The service was good and friendly, but the food was atrocious. I even had to wait (longer than you should) and my burger was dry and the chicken was old. I travel through places for work and unfortunately a lot of places like this are the only option I have. I'll never stop here again.

Horrible customer service, very rude and no free refills. It’s amazing how these corporations are charging more and more and servicing less and less especially pushing garbage. I would avoid spending your money here.
