  Arrived 4/7/26 at about 1030pm to pick up an app order. No response for 5+ minutes at the drive thru speaker. Someone eventually mumbled something I couldn't understand. Kept wait as my food was paid for on the app. Drove around the building and saw at least 2 employees inside, so I went back to the drive thru. Someone answered quickly this time and said they were closed because some quit. I asked how to refund, and then just got ignored. Impressively bad service. ***McDonald's Response*** If you never received your mobile order, it will be canceled, and the charges should drop. You will receive a notification message via your mobile app or email that the order was canceled. Please also keep in mind that sometimes pending charges do not settle. Your bank can advise you on your bank policy and can tell you on when they release pending charges. Depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

  Everyone was nice and professional except for lady taking orders at drive through. Did not let me know they were out of milk or receipt paper so I paid for order without getting my latte or receipt. I had ordered a sandwich and a sandwich and meal and the lady at check out asked a few times which item was the meal I answered everytime with her repeating her question getting more and more irate. I don’t know if the drive through speakers don’t work or what but it was a very unfortunate experience before my work day.

  Waited in line 5 minutes for them to tell me they’re only taking DoorDash orders, not even mobile orders. No sign up either

  Placed an app order, came to pick up, was told they're only doing doordash orders and I had to cancel. Not apologetic at all, very snarky tone as if the one being weird trying to order food! Turn off mobile ordering if you're not going to honor those

  I would give it 0. Went through the drive-through. I didn’t use The app. She said my computer needs to reboot. OK. No response for maybe about five minutes. So I just left. Tried calling that evening to complain to the corporate office. I gave the zip code , but they still needed the exact address. In my opinion, who has time to give the exact address when you’re complaining, with today’s technology, they could look up the zip code and find which McDonald’s it was. A few days pass: I was really hungry so I thought I’d give another chance ordering my meal through the app. I went to pick it up. Drive through was a parking lot . Around 3pm so I decided to go in. It was not ready. Gave them plenty enough time to get it ready it even said that it was ready. While waiting, there were several customers with either cold food or the order was not right. I was not the only one who had to wait to even be recognized . I’ve been severel times drive through lines being at a stand still. This was and is unacceptable. There are locations close ish to this one. I would give them a try over this location
