Absolutely horrible service, do not go to this place.

Everyone who worked that night should be fired.

When the food came, one order was fresh, one had clearly been sitting out and not heated. We called the store and spoke with the manager. She offered to either remake or refund my money to which I said refund. All would have been good at that point, but then she proceeded to blame us since the orders didn’t come in at the exact same time and admitted to letting the one order sit for 10 minutes! She then proceeded to tell us that she wasn’t about to send one driver after another to the same address. I explained that I understood that but why would she send out pizza that had been sitting out clearly not under a heater, and not just remake those if that was an option? At that point she became very abrasive with me over the phone, told me “you’ll get your refund. Have the day you deserve” and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Will never let my app default here and will suggest that others avoid it as well.
