  Not all Panera Bread locations are the same, and I wanted to share my experience with this one with grace and honesty. At first, I thought the delay might just be due to it being a Saturday in a busy area, but after reading other reviews, it seems this may be more common here. Seating is a bit limited (around 8 tables and some bar seating at the window), so if you’re planning to dine in, it’s helpful to grab a spot as soon as you arrive. Our order (one grilled cheese and two half sandwiches) took about 30+ minutes, even though it wasn’t very busy at the time. At other locations, this usually takes closer to 10 minutes, so it was a noticeable difference. Just a heads-up to plan for a longer wait if you visit this location. I’m hopeful things improve, as Panera is usually a go-to for a quick and reliable meal.

  Went thru the drive thru i had to wait 10 mins at the ordering screen before someone took my order. Then waited another 15-20 mins to get my order.

  I give up on this location, I've ordered from them a few times and my bagles have been unsatisfied each time. I will never stop there every again.

  Not impressed with this location. Panera seems to be going downhill in general. I ordered a coffee and a bagel and a very large portion of my bagel was missing. Not quite sure why the worker would serve me this bagel when half of it was missing. Poor quality control.

  I got a shredded chicken BBQ sandwich with a cheesy potato soup, half a baguette and hot chocolate with a blueberry muffin. The sandwich had mushy chicken like its been sitting all day The muffin was stale and so was the baguette The only thing that was decent was the hot chocolate.
