  This is the most miserable 7Brew I’ve ever been to. I think the staff are worried they’ll be fired if they smile. Just now I had my order taken and she said “Morning” then just stared at me and waited for me to tell her morning… then the number… then my order… then that I’ll pay cash (without her saying anything else). After I said cash she at least pointed to the front before she walked away. They’re also not reliable to wipe down the drinks. I’ve had to ask for napkins all but today. Today she walked away while I was asking and so I left. I know the chain has higher standards as I’ve been to half a dozen locations and I’m confident they’d rather shut this location down before they continue operations with these lacks in standards.

  I had a really great experience at 7 Brew. The workers were super nice and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. They had great energy, were friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It didn’t feel rushed, and they actually took the time to be kind and engaging. Customer service like that really stands out—definitely one of the reasons I’d come back again.

  It’s a great location, but during these past months the quality of the drinks are going downhill. Every time I order my blondie. It’s super dark. If I get it dark every time then they should rename it to brownie for how dark it is. It’s no longer creamy or sweet it’s just coffee and ice with some light sweetness. Absolute slop and I end up throwing my drink for how bad it is. I hope the quality gets better in the future.
