- DBD BairdJan 1, 20263.0Maybe because this is a new location, but I feel the staff is lacking training. Ordered half dozen bagels, they did not ask if I wanted them sliced or not. I requested sliced and when I got home, they were butchered, they looked like they were sloppily sliced by hand, very inconsistent slicing. No bagel slicing machine? If you order half a dozen you’re supposed to get a discount on Schmear, but no one ever mentioned that to me, missed sales opportunity. I also had to request plastic storage bags, not offered. We also ordered two sandwiches to go and one was wrong (turkey, instead of ham and cheese), but we had already left & needed to be somewhere so did not return to the store. Doubt we’ll b returning…

Ok I have to say the parking lot at this location is bananas and I can see how in the future it could be really congested. Now on to the service everyone was so pleasant and friendly! The restaurant was clean and vibrant. The food was pretty good. We selected the brisket on maple bagel, the lox on maple bagel, fruity cereal bars and twice baked hash browns. We enjoyed and will be back!

The team here is amazing they’re usually busy on Saturdays and Sundays but the team handles it well and is always polite and efficient in getting your food correctly and in a very timely manner.
