I saw the cashier type it in right, yet the girl who made it, put tomatoes, onions and who knows what else on it. When she gave it to me I said I ordered it plain, with nothing on it. She shrugged and started to make it again, no apology no accountability. I asked to speak to the manager I told her what happened again no apology. I wound up getting an untrusted bagel with lox and cream cheese what a joke. To add insult to injury they ask for a tip, before they make your order. Yes I tipped. Oh well. I won't be back.

Their food and drinks are excellent and you always get great service with a smile. Nikki and her team provide a level of customer service rarely seen in the fast food industry these days. That’s why I pick up my breakfast here very often.
