  This JJ has way way more relaxed and friendly staff. Thanks! I was never going to go to another JJ because of the price for my very first JJ sandwich. In the other store, She charged me over $13.00. I happen to find a $20 in my junk draw so I went to this one. Thinking about the mean lady at the other store but went in this one anyway. I'm glad I went in. (In the other store. It looks like a campany done it again put a real jerk for a Manager. In the other store, She never care about Nothing but her Power.) She didn't let me know how to find the discount when I told her it was my first time being there. I said don't know how to get what ever she was talking about. She really didn't care at that point. Then I spoke up and said what kind of people get the discount? She said it was an app. (She should look up what customer service means.) Then I said I don't get chips? She said No! but go ahead I'll give you one. Then I said oh thanks and started looking. She started to rush me and said pick one I have to write down what you get. She made sure once again her POWER shows. The people that worked with her should be happy not scared of miss POWER. I'll never go back to her store. This JJ showed me real Comfort! Thanks again. And for miss POWER just because I asked for things not on the menu you shouldn't roll your eyes about it. I don't keep a new place menu in my back pocket. And I can't read the hole menu in front of my face. You could help a customer out! This store the man really wanted to help me get what I wanted!! Yay! Thank you!!!

  Ordered the turkey sandwich and there were 2 little pieces of turkey on there. I feel ripped off!!

  I ordered a wrap with no onions, they put onions on it. Luckily I watched him make it and saw the onions go on it. I asked about senior or military discount and was told I needed to come inside to get that. After making a second wrap without onions, he handed to me out the window with the bag of chips I had ordered without putting it in a bag and without napkins. A wrap with a bag of chips was over $12, but they can't afford napkins and a bag making it easier on the customer to carry the order
