    Burger King in Rolla is hands down the best. I live in St James and drive to Rolla just for Burger King. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff are friendly.

    So I have ordered multiple online orders from this location and every time I order an online purchase they screw up my order, I can see once in awhile but I've ordered three times recently and each time my food has been messed up. The mobile app customer service is a joke and you can't even talk to anybody to get anything fixed. This current interaction they left condiments off my food. They didn't put anything extra on. They didn't even cut my food in half. I literally ordered online with customizations and got stock items which were ready in less than 2 minutes. When I deal with the staff at the store, they're always friendly. They're always respectful but their lack of attention to online orders is ridiculous. And unfortunately you can't get any real resolutions because of online customer service. Unfortunately this will be my last time going to that branch of Burger King unless I'm walking into the store which doesn't happen often. I'm just not going to continue to pay for food that's not prepared right? Because people don't want to pay attention. Very sad and disappointed
