It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I come in — the experience is always the same. I’m extremely frustrated with this location.

They fill all the other orders first, and skip over the doordash orders (and other delivery services). Then they lie and say that the orders were stolen, but they're just not filling them in chronological order on purpose! A terrible way to manage a fast food place. I watched the same 4 people in the lobby (all doordashers) wait there for more than 45 minutes, wasting their time, while other people came in and out with their food no problem. Plus the workers are super rude. If this was the only time, then I'd let it go. But this is a consistent problem.
