    man how i wish i got all the food i paid for. i ordered a mcnugget meal but got no nuggets…how does that work? i love giving a store money and then not getting the product!! boooooo

    Drive through some days takes an obnoxious amount of time ... the other day I had 4 cars ahead of me in line , and I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes. I had ordered ahead on the app otherwise I would have just left and went somewhere else for my kids food. Consistently forgetting item especially SAUCE. When you say hey can I have 4 bbq sauce they'll throw one in the bag. Staff dont seem to care. There have been times they've forgotten food items and I pull ahead (as to not hold up drive through lines) and the workers well walk past you at the counter and ignore you. Its bad business, I know its fast food but can we even have like a little bit of standards? I really dont want to have to go to wentzville for my kids happy meal when hes been food and asks.

    Allways slow Please pull around so you can wait more for you're cold order thats probably wrong. Not open 24 hours At least a 20 minute wait for cold fries still after pulling around

    0 is not an option or it would be there, 30 minutes to get our order, when I finally got out “fresh” food the nuggets were old and my Big Mac was missing a patty. If traveling I would keep on going to the next stop

    This is the MOST depressing McDonald's I've ever seen. The atmosphere seems as if someone just died. My 13 year old son literally told me "dad i dont feel safe here". It was weird. i felt it too. We got our order (that we had to go and ask for after 20 minutes) and left. We will not be back there. Drive through fine, I DONT recommend the lobby. At all
