I had ordered ahead on the app otherwise I would have just left and went somewhere else for my kids food. Consistently forgetting item especially SAUCE. When you say hey can I have 4 bbq sauce they'll throw one in the bag. Staff dont seem to care. There have been times they've forgotten food items and I pull ahead (as to not hold up drive through lines) and the workers well walk past you at the counter and ignore you. Its bad business, I know its fast food but can we even have like a little bit of standards? I really dont want to have to go to wentzville for my kids happy meal when hes been food and asks.

- JRJeremy ReuterNov 9, 20251.00 is not an option or it would be there, 30 minutes to get our order, when I finally got out “fresh” food the nuggets were old and my Big Mac was missing a patty. If traveling I would keep on going to the next stop
