As a doordasher, If a delivery order comes through for this Dairy Queen I can let out a sigh of of relief because I know the staff is very thorough with labeling each bag and consistent with having the orders ready for pickup. 2. For my personal experience. The staff is very helpful and every experience dining in or through the drive thru has made this Dairy Queen one of my families top choices of restaurant chains in the area.

My wife ate one burger a few individual fries before tossing the remaining burger/fries. I was able to get through one fish sandwich and two individual fries before I tossed the remaining fish sandwich and fries. They all had a rancid taste to them. Like the oil very old/dirty, cross-contaminated (beef/fish) or spoiled. The shakes were almost fully melted - as if they had been made prior to the order and left to melt on the counter until someone ordered one. While the shakes were easy to get through the straws, neither of us were impressed. I strongly recommend avoiding the Troy, MO location.
