- BRBetty Reeds5 days ago1.0I placed a drive thru order, a whopper, honey mustard chicken wray and onion rings. Paid for my food and waited and waited and waited. Finally a young girl came to window and asked what I had ordered, when I told her she looked at a bag sitting on the shelf and handed it to me. When I said it was sitting there all this time she said sorry. I live only a few blocks from BK, and my food was cold, chicken dried out and covered with honey mustard, the whopper was drenched in the sauce. Food was totally unacceptable. Not sure i ever will go back. Now see why there never have much business at this location. Troy, MO

- TSTrinity StarkeyMar 10, 20262.0I just sat for almost 20 minutes at the empty restaurant for 2 plain cheeseburgers because I sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes before someone took the order at the other speaker that had just pulled up they ordered a bunch and nobody ever answered my speaker box so I had to pull up wait for the other person to get their food and then order at the window all the while what looked like she could have been a manager was standing outside next to the drive thru line smoking a cigarette all I’ve gotta say is it there’s a problem taking orders there shouldn’t be anyone on a smoke break the guy at the window was nice though
- SLSonia LindseyMar 9, 20261.0I took my family there the other night. I ordered the number 9 chicken sandwich with cheese. There was suppose to be 2 of them and they made a fish sandwich. I go up to get cheese and it took several min for him to get me cheese. I get back to my table and you can tell someone took a bite out of the cheese. Not ever going back. And the workers are standing outside smoking and there is cigarette butts all over and I mean a lot. Place is dirty.
