And every time I decide to put an online order in, without failure, they STILL make me wait at least 15 minutes. You can’t get through the empty drive-thru in any less than 20 minutes.

My chalupa was cold, my beefy 5 layer had no beef and my baha blast was so bad I couldn't drink it and to top it all off I waited in the drive thru for half an hour just for the guy at the window to be really rude.
