  0 stars, terrible location, worst business I've ever bought from. Just don't answer the phone to avoid telling you a sandwich takes 90 minutes to deliver 1 mile away. Never again.

  Ordered delivery to an office, order was left out in the 1st floor lobby on a bench. My food was in the bag, but my drink had fallen over and soaked the food.

  Horrible service. Did an online order and never received it. Called their number with no answer 5 times. Called the corporate number and they couldn’t help either. NEVER AGAIN!!

  Twice we have gone inside to order and stand there for over 10 minutes while the employees make no acknowledgment that they are going to take our order. Walked out today again because of this!!!!

  If zero stars were an option that would be my rating. Ordered against my own better judgement due to the 2 1/2 hour wait on the previous order…. But I love Jimmy John’s (just not this location). Naturally after the last delay I tracked the order and saw it stated delivered and waited about 10 minutes or more to call the store as still no order. The store “manager” was incredibly rude and told me they don’t have a tracker (they do), refused to provide his name, assistance and the spelling of the owners name. Will NOT order from this store again!
