The second time that order was subpar. Your atmosphere is great, Marilyn is wonderful. I don't like nor appreciate paying for food when the order is incomplete!

The lady who took our order made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The Garbage area was overflowing and plates piled up for over an hour and it wasn't busy. Coffee was cold and only offered bitter, dark roast, and cold hazelnut. No light or medium and no offer to make any for our party of 10. My cheesesteak sandwich had about 1/8 oz of meat, it was awful.
The pecan twist was at least 2 days old. Too bad, Paneras used to be the place of choice, always good. Now its the place to avoid. Our group spent about $150 andcwere very disappointed.
