When I asked the employee what it was he just said the rim of the machine was dirty with chocolate. I asked him to please clean it off and he just handed the cups back with the dirty lids and shut the windows in my face. A guy with a light brown ponytail. It’s been very unpleasant the past few times I’ve been to this location - food especially has been icky. Sad to see it because it used to be my ol favorite.

The kids meal says 6.79 but it rang up 9.29. They explained that they charge $1 more for the cookie because they are bigger. I didn't come here to feed my kid a cookie for dinner but whatever. What about the rest of the difference? The guy in charge insisted that the price in the register was the right price despite turning around and seeing the price on the menu board and refused to honor the advertised price. I am not paying over $9 for a kids meal. We left and went next door to Burger King. Her kids meal there was $4 and it still came with a small cookie. Not coming back
