He also received a small fry instead of a large . I tried the southwest melt , not horrible but hardly any cheese , jalapeño and onion , mine was a regular meal and mine had more meat and fries . Cashier said he would add more fries and meat to my kids sandwich but then the “cook/ manager” said he would do more meat cause he weighed it out at the 5.5 ounces . The were busy but customer service was poor on this day. (Picture after he added semi warm fries )
