Hands down the worst Jimmy John's in metro. Odd hours. Awful service. Incredible they could screw up a business model that is bread and toppings. Yet they do it consistently. I'm typing this while stuck in the drive through. They said 15 minutes for a sandwich. I said I didn't far that time. Too bad. So I'm stuck behind 3 cars trapped. Late for an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go to Chick Fil A next door. At least you'll get service. Or drive 1 minute up the street to Jersey Mikes to get 10x the sandwich for the same price. It'll be faster too
Ordered for delivery, this location allowed the order, then 10 minutes later called to inform me they didn’t have a delivery driver. As someone who’s worked in the fast food industry even as a delivery driver, I understand. Here’s the issue, my money was still taken, the order was still accepted manually by the store, and instead of figuring out a solution, they called me with a problem, didnt leave a voicemail because an unknown number was calling me after 6pm, then gave me attitude when I called back, I tried to resolve the issue but really I ordered delivery because I had a long day. Then I went to the other location off Lindbergh assuming that was the right location as no name or address was confirmed with me on the call. Discovered it was the sunset hills location, had -2 issues at Lindbergh, completely turned the situation around for me. Then when I called sunset to tell them I wasn’t coming, they hung up on me. Never ordering here again. Jimmy Johns, get your stores in order, this is how you lose customers.

I forgot why I stopped ordering from this this location, but was reminded exactly why earlier today. I ordered online and after 2 hours, my order had not arrived. I tried calling multiple times for an update but no one answered, forcing me to drive to the location. Upon my arrival I asked to speak to a manager. I was greeted by a young woman with dark hair and piercings. I explained the situation, and was told that the driver had just left with all the deliveries. (2 hours after I ordered.) I asked for a refund, and was promptly given one. No apology, no offer to rectify the situation...nothing. After leaving, I remembered a similar situation from last year, and if I recall correctly it was the same manager. She is rude, condescending, and completely abysmal at her job. After looking at other reviews It appears that I am one of many who feel this way. I will no longer order from here or any other JJ's in the future, as I feel this is a reflection on the company as a whole, to keep such an inept person at her job for this long cannot be a one off situation.
They were amazing and food was very fresh

No problems at all. They're quick and pretty clean. Come regularly and don't have issues.
