  Whatever used to be wrong with this location is apparently fixed because the whole restaurant was clean; Theodore was kind and courteous and even went out of his way to remember my name from the order. Would recommend.

  I don’t know what on Earth is happening here. Got in line to talk to AI. Paid with a human being. Told to drive up to the end of the curb. There is a queue of five other cars on the side of the building along with the line I’m in of four other cars. Get it together Wendy’s. Plus side: order was perfect and well packed.

  We frequently go here and have never had a problem, other than the AI ordering at the drive thru. That has improved in the past few months.

  The A.I. ordering system in the drive-thru has messed up multiple times. I was told it would be a 6 minute wait and to pull forward. After having waited for nearly 15 minutes, I went to the window and was told it would be another 4 minutes. Both workers seemed clueless and unorganized throughout each interaction. The food is not worth the wait.

  As someone who has worked in the food industry I know how much impact reviews have and I wouldn’t be writing this if the food and service weren’t awful. First, they handed us the wrong order. I get it, mistakes happen. Then, they said that our order got bumped and they were working on it. Then came back and said that they were waiting on the grilled chicken to be done. I do appreciate the communication. They gave us our order and forgot to give us our correct drinks. We asked them for them then they handed us the wrong drinks again. We finally get the correct order. But the most insane thing to me is one of the grilled wraps was still half frozen… Definitely will not be going back.
