- LLLaOct 16, 20251.0I saw the General manager (Jess) yesterday yelling at someone while on the phone behind the counter in front of customers. I've witnessed her yelling at her employees along with other shift managers yelling at their co workers on several occasions. Seems unprofessional to be making a scene in front of customers. General manager (Jess) of this particular Wendy's used to be a man and he was much kinder to his employees than the current one.

Wow that was a huge mistake the guy is training his staff to ignore drivers waiting to order sat over 20 mins just to be told let them let the screen catch up another 10 minutes pass i said hello just to be ignored.. Wasn't even able to order completely unacceptable behavior
