But I was in a hurry so I ordered on ap while getting gas to ease the long wait this store always has. It still took exactly 20 mins. Order placed 632 received 652. I stood there waiting. No one acknowledged me. A man came in, tried to use kiosk, tracked down someone to take his order, took forever ordering.... His food was ready the same time as mine. Finally my bag and his were called and employee walked away. I still didn't have a cup for drink I ordered. I stood and waited at counter.... Stared at manager... Waited... Eventually I got my own cup. I already waited 20 mins for food ...not going to wait another 20 for a cup! While filling my drink manager comes out with 2 employees to confront me in getting my cup. Funny... No one saw me standing... waiting... No one had time for customer service... But everyone is available to confront me over a cup I paid for. When I explained I stood waiting... My food took 20 mins .. I still stood waiting for cup... Was there an apology? Anything? Nope! As I left the store and employee said "have a good evening." Manager never said a word.
