  Can't get no where by sending them a message so gotta come on here. We placed a To go order. When I got home sat down and bit it my wrap it was hard as a rock. I unwrapped my wrap to see what it was and it was a old stale wrap they used. You can't tell me they didn't see or feel that when making that wrap. I live 6 miles out so didn't want to make drive back In. Sent message and NOTHING. I'll never go back to one of Torrey woodcocks JJs

  Everytime I order extra vinager, oil, and mayo they never put it on. Tried calling the store to ask them to do such and the phone is always busy like its off the hook….very unprofessional

  I was the only customer around 8 pm. They made all their to go orders before they got around to my sandwich. They 2 people making sandwiches and 2 standing around. Why wouldn't you serve the person actually waiting there first or at least finish the one they were doing, then doing mine?

  Clean, fast service, easy to order and good restrooms. This place is run well. Worth a visit.

  placed our order 35 minutes prior to pickup. the staff didn’t start working on it till i arrived (which was two minutes after requested pick up time). they were so slow on making two sandwiches that the two cars behind me in line ended up just leaving. after they handed me my order i wanted to add a bag of chips which took them 5 MINUTES to ring up. they also didn’t put pickles on the sandwhich i requested to add on.
