  This place is terrible! Beware The staff and the Manager slammed the drive through window on us because we tried to order a Hunger Buster, Steak Finger Basket, or corn dogs @dairyqueencorporateoffice You need to send undercover representatives to visit Don’t go here Go to the Sonic nearby

  O my fries were hot but my husband's was not and our burgers where less than Luke warm. This has happened multiple times at the restaurant

  If you order anything other than 1, 2 or 3 combo know that the staff here are barrel bottom lazy. I order a plain, burger with nothing on it. I got a plain cheeseburger. I asked them to correct it and they did....by pulling off the cheese and giving me the burger back. I cannot eat cheese, it makes me viciously ill. 0/10, eat here at your own risk. If they cut corners this way, you can be guaranteed they cut other corners.

  Made everyone pull into the parking lot because they couldn’t get the drive through food out on time or anything and by the time I got my food it was cold and I had no time to eat because I had to go back to work. I do not recommend eating here needs new employees and management 😡

  We were driving through the area traveling and decided to give it a shot. Went through the drive through. The chicken and fries were fine but the gravy that we were given was the temperature of the surface of the sun. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to taste any food for a week with how burned the top of my tongue is. Also instead of Texas toast, like you’re supposed to get with your chicken basket, we were given just grilled white bread like you’d get from the grocery. Thin sliced. Do better. REVIEW UPDATE: responding to a customer review, asking that customer to click a link and explain their issue for a second time is not customer service. You’ve read my review and know what location it was for. You could contact the franchise owner with the feedback without asking the customer to do that first you. It’s obvious getting the feedback to them is not your priority. Do better at that location… and do better with your customer service online.
