  Why am I paying 6 dollars foe burritos that looked like they were made by a 2 year old falling apart and no bigger than a sauce packet.

  I ordered a chicken bowl and got beef. My drink was terrible. Did not taste like a Baha Blast, very watered down.

  I am a doordash driver, and today I went into the lobby to pick it up, and nobody said a word to me while I waited to pick up the order. I tried gettjng their attention and I was brushed off. I wait for 20 minutes just standing there, then they had the audacity to say ,"I am sorry we neglected you while you were standing there in front of us." When I was told that I was pissed off beyond belief. I will never come back to this store. All teenagers running it, and i am 23. That says somrthing.

  This place is absolutely disgusting. It seems like none of the workers deserve to be there at all. A worker was outside smoking pot with teenagers. Workers sit around all day and once I seen a worker watching a movie on her phone when it was busy and the workers touch there phones with gloves and they don’t wipe the counters off. I’ve seen people vaping in the back and not once have I seen them cleaning anything in that store. I mean there’s homeless people sleeping in the bathrooms and not to mention the bathrooms look like they don’t get cleaned at all. This place is so unprofessional and disgusting. Please don’t come here at all. CLOSE IT DOWN

  I am so sad to see this store. Manager has retired. You can a 100% tell a difference, it's sad to see. I had a quick little run in. I'm assuming with the district manager today. When I went to pick up my mobile order 30 minutes. It took for my order to be made after I placed it with no concern. She even rushed me off when I didn't want to hear Her explanation of how the app worked. When I've used it this whole entire time. The funny thing is, there was 2 corporate people walking around, observing the store and checking things. When their crew was sitting there, slaving through a whole lunch rush at the front counter and drive through instead of getting on On the table and helping your employee's, you guys would rather walk around the store and look for things to fix in the future instead of fixing a current problem.Which is the current wait times I watched a whole entire drive through line.Get cleared out before anyone got help at the counter.It's sad that the lady just retired and it's already gone downhill This quick.
