We live literally -one- mile down the road and always tip 20 percent or more, yet our order almost always takes a very long time to reach us. Our last order took an hour because the driver went all the way to Springfield first, and by the time our pizzas arrived they were cold. If they're busy, that's one thing, but there's no reason for the food to not be fresh when we are 5 minutes away.

Not only was the food great and arrived on time but the people on shift were very kind and courteous. Just wanted to shout these guys for all they did and helping turn around our crappy day.
