I stopped in at 5;30am to buy breakfast for my Team. I ordered 10 breakfast sandwiches, the lady that appeared to be the manager. Was being very rude. Throwing the food in the bags tapping her fingers on the counter. And throws the bags on the counter and walks away. I chip doesn't want my business ill take it elsewhere. But you should really stop in and see how your business is being run.

I have given this place a chance so many times.. and really it was only because I had to go here in a pinch for a quick dinner for the kids. This location is absolutely awful. It’s THE SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and that’s not only sometimes — it’s every time.
Across the span of about a year, I have had the wrong McFlurry given to me (when I was pregnant by the way), my kids were given happy meals without toys, most of my orders have been incorrect, my boyfriend and I ordered the same sandwich, and they put ALL the pickles on his and only one on mine. And when I say ALL the pickles, I mean 12 pickles. My kids have also received happy meals that were missing fries, dipping sauces, and drinks. I don’t think have had more than 3 visits without an issue.
This place needs a total overhaul. Plain and simple. Figure it out y’all.
Update: went through the irritating process of filing this complaint using the link that was provided. Finally submitted everything only to receive this lovely error message.

To preface this review, I want to have readers know that this is based off of MULTIPLE experiences, not just one or even a few. To start, service has always been extremely slow. I would understand this if the staff were backed up, but I’ve been in and they literally just talk to each other and ignore orders coming in and customers waiting. Fries are never salted. Orders often wrong and missing items. Even if you only order a drink, curb side pickup takes way longer than any McDonalds i’ve been to. Some of the staff are also rude. If you fix the service, food, and overall atmosphere, this could be an average McDonalds.

Went through the drive thru the lady who took my order was very rude and would turn the headset off for a while minute and start talking to people in the kitchen. I have worked and currently still work in customer service for 4 years and this is the worst customer service I experienced or woild ever give on top of that they forgot one of our food items so we had to drive back after already getting home so now our food is cold and they refused to re make the rest of our food it's food safety policy and I told the manager there and showed her that it was and she said "I don't care". Like WOW for a manager to say they don't care about food safety is insane. We also got food a week ago got double charged for a 40 dollar meal and have been waiting for the general manager to be there and she has not for over a week now ridiculous.
