  My order was wrong and when I brought it up they were very rude and pretended to fix it but then the sandwich was not eatable

  Waited 15 minutes for a cappuccino and never received it. Staff didn’t know how to use the coffee machine.

  They lost my order and treated me like a criminal even though I had it on my phone in the app. I waiting ~12 minutes and they still hadn't figured it out so I left. A $3 order haha. This McDonald's is usually great but today 1/29/26 they couldn't figure anything out

  Got a bacon qtp. Got home(5 min max) and it was stone cold. Called the store to have it fixed, hang up on me because they’re telling me I’m stupid cuz they’re made to order. Well no duh. That’s why I got it. But it’s stone cold sitting in my hand. And then when I call to make a complaint again, they hang up and refuse to give me corporates information. These people need to grow up and actually do their job. My food was so cold it was like they set the bag outside in the snow for 30 minutes
