    Horrible!!! Went there because of the Thursday Turkey sandwich special. Was told they don’t offer that even though the website clearly shows it on there. No tea was made. Lady making the sandwich was so rude I almost walked out. Maybe subway needs to reevaluate their employees at this store because I’m definitely not going back.

    This franchise owner should be absolutely ashamed of having 1 person working on a dinner shift! It doesn’t matter how busy or slow you might be you need to put customer service first over saving $7.00 an hour employee! If I hadn’t placed a online order (which wasn’t even ready!!) I would of walked out!

    RUDE DISRESPECTFUL, INHUMANE INDECENT ABSURD behavior My family member works at the barbershop two doors down. Him another family member and myself was at the shop on parking lot working. I went over to use restroom and grab some cookies. Used the restroom was headed out to get wallet & the lady snaps on me. She says aggressively “This is NOT a public restroom we have to pay bills to keep this place running”. You don’t get to use bathroom and not pay” I looked at her walked to counter grabbed a sweet tea used Apple Pay. At this point she is trying to have small talk saying glad you understand some people ignore me and walk away. I tapped my phone paid and walked away. Once my family and I was done working we went to grab some food. Walked in the bathroom was locked I laughed got in line to place my order. She had nothing available for us to choose from she got mad and said she is closing we asked would you like us to leave she said no. We all ordered paid for food I said I just wanted a sandwich and cookie. She got uptight with me and said you need to get a drink that’s the combo. I said fine add a sweet tea. As soon as I paid I asked may I use the restroom. She says she’s cleaning right now I can’t use until she’s done. I sat down talked with family ate then asked again may I use restroom? She says no I’m cleaning you are not even done with your food. Finish your food then I will have it done. I was close to being done but at that point I really had to go I have SEVER CROHN’S DISEASE. She says no I’m closing you can’t use my bathroom. I said maam I did as you asked and brought you business outside of the money I was spending and I still can’t use restroom? She says I’m rude and need to leave she doesn’t want my kind of money. I asked what is my kind of money she didn’t answer. I said can you at least admit I did as you asked, I paid for food to use the bathroom like you said. She stopped talking.

    Great experience at Subway tonight! Bhavna Patel was working, and she provided us with excellent service. Her pride in her job was evident. Every single table was clean, as was the floor and even the windows. The food was very fresh and delicious. We just found our new favorite Subway, we will definitely be back!

    Employee was extremely rude! She had an accent and was hard to understand, but that is not the problem. The problem was that she took a very long time to get my order done. She never apologized not even once for wasting my time. When I got my order and was leaving, she commanded me to put my chair I was waiting on to put under the table. Really? I did that and asked her to say please next time. This employee is very rude!! You do not command your customers! Avoid this store at all costs!
