  I ordered a chicken salad, but was given a steak instead. When I went back inside to have it corrected, the manager was very rude and didn’t apologize or seem concerned about the mistake. The receipt and packaging were both labeled correctly as chicken, which makes the mix-up even more frustrating. I’d recommend checking your order before leaving to avoid a similar situation.

  This panera is usually marginal, but last night it was an awful experience. The floors were covered in debris, food chunks and there were half drank cups all over the tables from previous customers. Tables were filthy. I placed my order (one sandwich, one salad, one latte) and they made my latte right away but decided to wait for 35 minutes to serve it with my food, so it was completely melted and watered down. They were out of my croissant, so the worker told me they could exchange it, but then there was no communication and they started handing out other orders around me disregarding me standing there. And the worst thing is, I tried to throw my trash away, but the trash cans weren’t just filled, they were overflowing over onto the ground and plates were stacked ridiculously high I understand if you’re short staffed, but this was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Cleanliness matters, especially in a restaurant setting, and this makes me never want to come back

  Was unable to place my order in the drive thru. Was told the drive thru was now only for mobile orders. There is no sign to when you enter the drive thru line to indicate “mobile orders only”. At the time there were no cars ahead of me, no cars behind me. I left and purchased my iced tea at a different establishment.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Panera drive-thru. I was handed soup in a bad, open, and soaked bag, and it immediately spilled all over me, soaking my coat and clothes. This should never happen, especially with hot soup. What made it worse was the manager’s response. She showed zero concern, didn’t apologize, and literally just stared at me while the issue happened. Meanwhile, several young employees were playing around instead of paying attention to customers and food safety. When I asked for a business card so I could follow up, I was told they don’t have any, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Between the lack of care, poor packaging, and complete indifference from management, I will not be returning. Very disappointed
