Unfortunately my salad greens were wet/slimy. 1st time ever so I rated it 4 stars instead of 3. We met another couple here to have a light/healthier dinner. My husband's sandwich was quite light on the meat and was mostly bread. The other couple ordered a bowl of chili with their sandwich and it was mushy. Perhaps it just wasn't a good night. Usually not any issues here for lunch.

I've ordered here three times and the orders have been behind, the employees are clearly overwhelmed (despite working hard and quickly), and my order somehow got lost in the system this third time around with no one being available to assist me to resolve it. I had to contact customer service myself to get my refund. Panera RISE means nothing if you don't give the restaurants the support they need to carry out the changes for a better customer experience.

And when I called to get kindly get the order fixed or at least a refund the lady over the phone mocked me and was very rude. Food is always good, but the staff needs to learn manners.

Maybe someone called in or something, but this is the longest I've ever waited at a panera for food. Food quality was good, had to wipe off the table we chose to use. Maybe more than one person called off.
