  I went to the store around 8:30 pm to get a sub and the worker told me the store was closed. I asked her what time the store closed and she said now and it is only pick up orders. I then asked her what time the store closes and she then said 9:00 pm, but she is closing the store early. She was extremely rude to my daughter and I. The thing is, we all have our days, but if a store has business hours, then you can't just change that because you were having a bad day. But you can't be rude to your customers. Nowhere does it say that employees can close the store early because they are having a bad day. This employee needs to do better. The incident happened on March 25th around 8:30 pm.

  I came to this location 3/20/26 around 5/5:30pm. When I walked in there was a lady ALONE being harassed by a customer, closed the store the previous night and was forced to work alone because the other closer called off. Owners need to step up. Nobody deserves to be worked like that with no help. No time to take a break. Then you wonder why you get bad review. That poor lady was in there fighting for her life to make it through. She looked exhausted, but she was very pleasant. She made my sandwiches with care and I really appreciate her good attitude in a stressful situation. You don't treat your reliable employees this way.
