- KHKyle HMar 7, 20261.0“IT IS CURRENTLY 8:34PM, AND WE CLOSE AT 9PM, SO AT 9PM, YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO LEAVE.” I came in at 8:30pm to order a sandwich. Immediately was hurriedly asked “Did you have a mobile?” I told her no, I just wanted to order. She appeared very pissed, and a man came around the corner to assist. She made my sandwich, and immediately started to bag it up, to which I asked if I could have it for here. The male team member told me, “It is currently 8:34pm, and we close at 9pm, so at 9pm, you’re going to have to leave.” Shocked and appalled, I grabbed my sandwich to sit down, and the two team members were staring at me, waiting for me to get up and leave. They were both so rude and not friendly in the slightest, and created such a tense atmosphere, I just took my sandwich and left. I was welcomed at all, and that was the atmosphere as soon as I stepped in. I understand it was 30 minutes until close, but I’m one person with one sandwich, I was going to only be there for 10 mins at most! Would not recommend, and completely horrible experience. This store needs to do better with training their team with customers at their core. 0/10
- ERE.M. RNFeb 10, 20261.0This is what a BLT looks like with DOUBLE bacon, EXTRA lettuce, and EXTRA tomato! And I tipped $5 for this order! I would go back up there if I wasn't already home. The bacon is soggy and cold. Unacceptable! Will never go back! I want my money back!! Ordered at 7:30pm on 2/10

Absolutely shocking and appalling how employees are allowed with this long of hair in the food industry without it up or in a hair net!
