- ABAl Brinkmann5 days ago1.0I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years, but after my recent experiences, I won’t be returning. A while back, I ordered a soufflé along with other items. After I paid, the cashier told me they were out of soufflés. Not a big deal—but what was frustrating is that he didn’t offer a refund or any solution. He just went back to work. I had to get his attention again and explain that I paid for something I didn’t receive. He seemed confused and even offered me a cheaper cookie instead. Eventually, a manager was called, and I finally got my refund. Then this past Sunday, I ordered two spinach and bacon soufflés. When I got home, I realized I was given two cheese soufflés instead. It wasn’t worth driving back, but it was still disappointing. Service has clearly gone downhill, food quality isn’t what it used to be, and prices keep going up. Really unfortunate after so many years as a customer.

They were out of tomatoes, which they are often out of ingredients. My breakfast order for three people was over $40, and that’s with free delivery. The delivery driver said there was no drink in the pick up area. If you’re going to charge so much, please get the order right. They gave me a $5 credit, but I wanted my tea, so I am disappointed yet again!
