    I'm basically giving 2 stars. I ordered via Doordash & what I ordered was a single hamburger & milkshake. The issue was the milkshake. When received it was soft, runny, full of bubbles of which I've never seen before; as if it hadn't been properly stirred. It was not appealing & the taste wasn't there either. I had to throw it away for fear I could become sick. 😫 Very disappointed but was able to get a refund via Doordash after sending pics of the said milkshake..why send someone's order out like that! If your machine not working, fix it!

    Customer service was perfect but my burger had red in it and the cheese was still cold not melted .. the the resultant was hot the cashier had to open a door for us and the tables was dirty

    Awful hygiene by employees and no care by management to address. Do not eat here if you expect your over priced meal to be cooked by sanitary humans. Five Guys will be like Quiznos in five year, gone or dwindling. I’m done with every location after no response to my complaint. Disgusting! Okay. I reached out over a week to generic customer service email before your reply to my review. You can’t have it both ways. I can’t believe what I saw in plain sight, employee drinking water from a sink with bare hand and long fake nails that were dirty, and then employee handles food and cups meant for customers who are not hope to expect some kind of level of sanitary practices. Other employees saw this behavior. Stop acting like you care. Five Guys did not respond till I made a public review. What a joke. Disgusting on every other level. Waste your money here for unsanitary practices. And they act like they care about initial complaint. I wouldn’t take any type of gift card or coupon to rectify the filth, and disgusting sanitary practices I witnessed. Not worth my sick days, or anyone else’s. Good luck in the 10 years Five Guys, you will be Quiznos, just a legacy of what use to be decent over priced meals in a pinch. But keep acting noble and asking to hear more about my unpleasant experience to be complicit. I made that original complaint weeks ago to said link you sent. There was no response. Get off your greasy pedestal whoever responds to a public review, sent two emails just pointing out the unsanitary issues, no response. You could not pay me to eat at this establishment ever, or any other Five Guys.
