    This past weekend, we were visiting St. Louis for the Presidents’ Day volleyball tournament and decided at the last minute to plan an outing for the girls before heading back home. We stopped by Topgolf St. Louis Midtown location to see if they could place the bays we booked side-by-side. We were assisted by Neb, and even though they were nearly fully booked that evening, she went above and beyond to accommodate our group and ensured our bays were next to each other. When we arrived at our reserved time, another parent with two additional players wanted to join us, and the staff once again stepped in and made it happen. They were able to add that bay and another one for the parents so that, in total, we had five bays together. The parents and players had an amazing time. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations especially given how last-minute everything was. If we are ever in St. Louis again, we definitely know where we’ll be going!

    I'm not sure why this place has a 4.2 rating. Absolutely perfect experience and service here. Top of the line too. One thing only to complain about is that the golf clubs were extremely sticky and dirty but that's about it. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and the music is also perfect.

    Positives: Not a bad top golf facility! Pretty clean, really nice folks at the front desk, great game playing experience (even though it was raining). Negatives: A worker (who might’ve been a manager) came to bring a drink to our bay and spilled it all over the table, leaving the garnish on the ground as well. Rather than apologizing or offering to remake the drink, this worker decided to get angry and leave our bay without saying a word, drink still spilled everywhere. We had to clean it up with our table silverware napkins - not a great experience and not really inclined to go back. It feels bad because our actual server was decent.

    Normally have never had a poor experience at this location. Went around 9pm for late night fun and dinner. Our server “C.W” was not what we normally expect when we visit a TopGolf, we were rushed through our experience being told that we were “taking up space in a bay” while the rest of the floor we were on was relatively quiet along with The other bays in her section. Our food was amazing but wasn’t given the time and opportunity to enjoy it and the atmosphere. Unfortunately after leaving it felt like not only a waste of money but the time we decided to spend date night at.

    The service started off good at first but when the food came out, my wings I ordered was over cooked hard & my friends cheese looked sweaty like it was sitting for a while . We was sitting talking then when we got done with our game , our waiter (Jake.. Caucasian… long dark hair.. 2nd floor) tried to kick us out & then finally said he had a reservation right after us .. when there was several tables open behind us?… so we had to leave when I wasn’t even finished eating after spending $150.. highly annoyed. WONT BE COMING BACK !
