- JMJamia MackSep 1, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted. I even tried to be friendly and asked the workers how their day was going, but no one responded, even though they looked right at me. When it came to ordering, they didn’t even ask what kind of meat I wanted — they just chose one themselves. When I politely asked for a different option, they caught an attitude. On top of that, my sandwich wasn’t cut all the way down the middle and everything felt rushed. When I paid, they didn’t even want to give me a receipt. I had to go back inside to request one, and when I finally got it, the number listed on the receipt was out of service. To make matters worse, when I left, no one said “thank you” or “have a nice day.” I spent $37 here and was treated poorly from start to finish. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this visit left a very negative impression.
