Showed up to pickup my order the previous night, only to find they had closed and locked up early, while hours were still listed as open. Came back to resolve the issue and the manager, Teresa, proceeded to waste my time, disregard everything I said, & give me the runaround for half an hour while shifting the blame onto me. Only after I became understandably irritated did she offer me “a half price sandwich”. So wanting to charge me more while refusing to refund me for my food you already got paid for, & threw out when you closed early. Or could’ve just gave me the food I already paid for. Edit: Seems the issues I had is a common theme with this location/franchise based on other reviews. I’m not the only one finding the business to be closed early, refusal to provide service, & unprofessional behavior. Never had these issues at other locations.

SECOND I went a couple days later and the lady with locs had a TOP NOTCH attitude i’m not sure why..probably because she has to do her job when a customer comes in. I don’t like people making my food with an attitude . She had this look or being annoyed on her face and it wasn’t welcoming all. Great location super clean just clean up the staff with attitudes for no reason.
