I was super mad because it states online that they closed at 10pm but this wasn't the case at all. Now I'm stuck with the task of getting a refund for my order because it was paid for online when I placed the order. It took me a few days to get in touch with the right person to give me a refund and after that I still had to wait 3 or 4 business days for it to apply to my card. Never again will I order from this Subway online or any other line because their protocols are screwed up and I feel if I'm ordering fast food then I expect to get fast service and food but with this location I got neither.
