The only reason for the lower star rating is that there's was no dining room or public restrooms. We came in while traveling from out of town to the hospital with a child and a baby, so this made things more difficult for us. If we had known in advance, we would have gone somewhere else.

The first incident before this one the worker was loud and rude very unprofessional towards and I wasn’t even talking to anyone or asking any questions I was putting my order in the kiosk.

HOWEVER, now that it has gone to "pick up only" it is so much better. The staff is friendly, the food comes out looking good and is on time. The shelves aren't just empty. Im very happy this place is back on track, at least in my book, bc its quick and easy. Would go back, and would recommend :)
