Ordered a salad , the lettuce was bad and for some reason someone decided to put a lot of black pepper and seasoning on it , make me think that someone really enjoyed their lunch break .🤷🏽♀️🚬

Chef Meghan immediately and very nicely corrected what started out as a terrible dining experience (“Why is this chicken salad warm”?!) and turned it around with a refreshing efficiency and a service-forward attitude. Customers need to speak up politely and quickly if they are unsatisfied with food or service to give the establishment a chance to correct errors, instead of denigrating people and businesses unfairly online.

I come here to do work and study, its super frustrating to get settled in with food and drink only to have agonizingly slow connection speeds. Probably fine if your just doing emails or writing, but anything else makes me want to slam my head against a brick wall.
