Their answer is to refund just the missing item and not receive what's missing. This time an entire $15 sandwich missing. Last time was a 1/2 sandwich from you pick two. Time before that was soup. Eli, and bread Co, do better. The French Dipper sandwich was checked off but not in the bag. Was told he'd refund the entire order and only refunded the sandwich. I have the flu and have no dinner, because my food was not in the bag.
