They've only ever made one mistake Which is understandable for any restaurant that processes a high volume of orders and the management took care of it right away. We just tried their $10 pizza special and are pleasantly surprised at how good it is. All the employees are really friendly too. This location isby farthe vest in the area. It's our go-to late night pizza place.

But the app had said my pizzas were done for like 25 min at this point. Horrible customer service from who I can only assume was the manager that came to the window. I was polite as I know things happen but this happens too much at this location especially when that certain manager is there. Unacceptable for a place of business. Plus the quality of food has went down hill always inconsistent and wrong. I use to frequent this place but not anymore.
