  I have never been to one of these but my cousin recommended it while we were in the state. I was so excited when the worker told me I got 4 espresso shots in my coffee and sweetener and it wasn't extra. The places in our area it's most of a buck to add espresso to the coffee and a quarter per pump of sweetener. Plus she thought my son wanted cold mocha but never asked him. He had meant to order it hot and they gave him both drinks at no extra charge. Great customer care. We don't go out much and when we do things are limited in our area.

  This location was giving Chick-Fil-A level service. While the line was pretty long, they kept it moving super fast. It only took a couple minutes to move all the way through. With that said, the line does wrap around the building and out onto the road. It might not be possible to come here sometimes without sitting in traffic.

  As I always expect and recieve great service. They even took the time to help my children figure out their orders even in the rain.

  How do you run out of ice at 11am? Ok, I get that sometimes things happen but you should let your customers know that you have run out of ice when they are placing their order. I placed an order for an Iced Mocha, sat in line for 10 minutes to be told as I'm being handed my drink "oh sorry, we are out of ice but here is your drink" as they hand me a giant cup of luke warm milk and coffee. What am I supposed to do with this, go see if I can buy ice from a gas station? Drink a massive cup of warm milk? If I had been told they were out of ice when I pulled up, I just would have ordered something different. Hell, I would have been more ok with not being told up front if there had been something like "sorry about this but here's a discount on your next drink" or something along those lines.

  My main issue is that I order the same thing every time but I am never given the same drink. Wildly inconsistent with how they make it which is hard to understand. Ordered the same drink today and it's as if they put none of the flavors in it and you could just tell based on how the drink looked that it wasn't right. No menu to read so you have to just guess what they have.
