Sometimes lines move fast and oftentimes it takes forever to get my drink even though there's no line. Drinks are good most of the time but quite often there are mistakes with my drinks. (e.g. asked for extra shot but I got extra shot + extra sweet, asked for quarter sweet but got regular sweet) I stopped getting fizz drinks a while ago because I get too much ice in the drink most of time. Got three sips out of medium size. Staffs are always very nice and welcoming.
