  This is now now four or five times in a row that I get an absolutely excellent pizza from this location. I always get the deep dish and it never disappoints. Thank you team.

  I went to this location’s drive-through pick up window, and was ignored for over three minutes. No one looked at me, acknowledged me, or said one word. Not even a finger to show me they’d be there in a minute. When someone finally opened the window, he barked out, “name”, Apparently, he couldn’t even muster a hello. I told him my name. He then proceeded to get my order, and while the window was open, I overheard him using profanity with his coworkers. After he handed me my order, he closed the window. No “have a good night”, no “thank you”, no nothing. Your Gen Z employee with the red ponytail has absolutely zero customer service skills, and I would say the rest of the crew is likely the same, having been ignored for so long. I worked in food service for 15 years and was never apathetic enough to be this rude to a customer.

  The food at this location is often undercooked. We even make notes and ask for it to be “well done”. I just ordered with those specific request and it still showed up undercooked. Completely disappointed.

  the telegraph location is one of their worst. took over an hour after the order was placed 5:41, to even start the pizzas(?) the app gave me a window of 6:02-6:12, i arrive within the window, its not ready yet, now it says 6:20-6:30, let me go check again in the window, not ready, i go around to wait again, the app says "order complete and picked up" i go back to the window around 6:40, tell them my name and they look confused and start pointing at the screen like they haven't made any of it, at this point i'm done waiting so i wave and shout at the window for 5 minutes waiting to just cancel my order, thank god i could cancel and I better get my rewards points back.

  If you want a pizza from here, better order it 3 hours ahead of time and it might be ready by the time you want it. I have had 2 orders “cancelled”(not by me) at this location, only got the refund for one. And delivery/pickup doesn’t matter, it’s going to be a while before your pizza is ready. Don’t know what happened because this location used to be really good.
